Electricity and Storage Heating included.

Bookings are usually from Saturday to Saturday.  The cottage is available from 2pm on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure. 

Short (3 night) breaks may be booked out of high season.  These are priced at 65% of the usual weekly rental.  Bookings for short breaks will be accepted no more than 4 weeks in advance, please book by phone. We will also accept bookings for additional days within 4 weeks of the date, please contact us for details.

A deposit of 20% of the total due is required with the booking.  The balance is due 21 days before the expected arrival date.  The prices quoted are for the cottage, not per person.  Payment may be made with a credit/debit card via the Paypal service. Please contact me via email for more details.

We are sorry to say that a recent experience (June 2004) has caused us to introduce an additional booking condition. Where a booking is for a single sex group of more than 2 people, we will require a security deposit of £200 payable in advance by cheque, or cash on arrival. The deposit will be held by us until all breakages and shortages have been accounted for. It will also cover the cost of any additional cleaning that may be required. 

We normally welcome guests in person. If we can't be there to meet you, keys will be sent to you by post in plenty of time for your holiday.

SORRY:  NO SMOKING IN THE COTTAGE

Pets by arrangement.  Well behaved pets are welcome in the cottage and garden.  Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms, and any damage caused by pets will be charged to the clients.  The owners live next door and have a cat, he has asked me to say he doesn't like being chased by dogs!!
