Upstairs Bedroom 1 has Twin beds and leads to the bathroom and to bedroom 2 (double). Both bedrooms are light and airy with double aspects. Bedroom 2 also benefits from a plumbed vanity unit. Each bedroom has wardrobe facilities. There is a picturesque, countryside view from Bedroom 1.
The bathroom is fitted with a bath and electric shower, toilet, heated towel rail and wall heater. All the fittings were replaced in 2002.
There is a small private patio to the rear with a secluded seating area. The cottage also has a large cultivated South West facing garden, with views over an unspoilt valley. The garden is fenced to give a secure area for visitors' children or pets. A portable barbecue and a washing line are provided.
The twin beds in bedroom 1 are both "truckle beds" which gives two extra put-you-up single beds if needed. There is also a cot available if required.

The kitchen is fully fitted with electric hob and oven, microwave, together with a comprehensive range of cooking utensils and equipment. The dining area is ideal for family eating, although there is another dining table in the sitting room, if you prefer not to eat in the kitchen. There is sufficient crockery etc. to cope with up to 6 people.
There is a utility room with a scullery sink, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer and dishwasher.

The sitting room is in traditional cottage style with original beams and a wood-burning stove. we will provide some logs in the winter. (There is also a storage radiator and supplementary electric heating.) There are a selection of books, board games, and a TV, DVD player and video recorder (VHS) . Additional image .
